Offer Objectives

The company is offering up to 23,64,800 Equity Shares at a face value of ₹10 each. The funds raised will be used for several key objectives.

Utilization of Net Proceeds:

A significant portion, ₹4.25 crore, is allocated for the Acquisition of the Identified Store located at Nana Chiloda, Ahmedabad, including stamp duty and registration charges. Another ₹5.2271 crore is earmarked for the purchase of fit-outs for Three (3) new stores. Additionally, ₹4.50 crore will address Working Capital Requirements. A portion will also be directed towards General Corporate Purposes, not exceeding 15% of gross proceeds or ₹10 crore, whichever is less.

Means of Finance:

The IPO proceeds will cover ₹4.25 crore for the identified store acquisition and ₹5.2271 crore for new store fit-outs. The remaining needs for working capital (₹4.50 crore) will be covered from IPO proceeds, with the balance of ₹23.0082 crore through internal accruals or borrowings. The expenditure details will be finalized upon Issue Price determination.

An over-subscription of up to 10% of the Net Issue may be retained for rounding off during allotment, potentially increasing the post-issue paid-up capital. Existing promoters shall retain 20% of the post-issue paid-up capital.
