About Nukleus Office Solutions Company

Nukleus Office Solutions Limited, originally incorporated as Nukleus Office Solutions Private Limited in September 2019, is engaged in creation and co-working spaces for entrepreneurs. The company was converted into a public limited company in July 2024. The Promoters of the company are Mr. Nipun Gupta and Ms. Puja Gupta.

Our main objectives include establishing and administering incubation centers and providing co-working office spaces, either independently or through joint ventures and public-private partnerships, to foster industrial growth. We currently operate co-working centers, with our first center established in Noida in 2019.

Our registered office has been changed twice to facilitate business operations, most recently to 1102, Barakhamba Tower, 22 Barakhamba Road, Connaught Place, New Delhi - 110 001, India. Key milestones include incorporation in 2019, the launch of our first co-working center in Noida in 2019, and conversion to a public limited company in 2024.

We have been recognized with a Certificate of Recognition from the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (2019), ISO 9001:2015 certification for providing co-working solutions (2023), the Times Business Award North 2024, and the MSME India Business Awards for most promising enterprise of the year (services) in 2024.

Currently, we do not have any financial or strategic partners, nor do we have a holding company, subsidiaries, or associate companies. We have not defaulted on any loan repayments, and our financing arrangements have not been rescheduled or restructured. We have not revalued our assets since incorporation.

An important agreement our company has entered into is a Business Agreement dated August 08, 2024, with Krishna Infosolutions Private Limited (KIPL) for jointly operating a co-working business center at Plot No, 29, Sector 142, Noida, Expressway, Noida - 201 305. Our company is required to pay an interest-free refundable security deposit of ₹ 2 crore. Further, KIPL shall receive 30% of the Gross Proceeds received by our Company from the operational floors.
