Offer Objectives

The company proposes a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹450 crore (INR 4,500 million). The primary objectives of this issue are to fund the establishment of 15 new brand-exclusive stores across India, focusing on Tier-1 cities and selectively exploring Tier-2 cities in Maharashtra and other metro cities.

A significant portion, ₹286.56 crore (INR 2,865.64 million), is allocated for setting up these new stores. Additionally, ₹35.4 crore (INR 354 million) is designated for marketing and promotional activities related to the launch of the new stores. The remaining proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, not exceeding 25% of the gross proceeds. The implementation of these plans is scheduled across fiscals 2026, 2027, and 2028.

The company intends to establish 4 small format stores (1,000 sq ft), 6 medium format stores (1,200 sq ft) and 5 large format stores (1,500 sq ft). The total estimated amount to be deployed for setting up these New Stores is ₹286.56 crore (INR 2,865.64 million). The funding requirements are based on current business plans and internal estimates, but have not been appraised by any bank or financial institution.
