Offer Objectives
The company plans to utilize the net proceeds from its issue of equity shares, aggregating to ₹79.20 crore, for several key objectives. A significant portion, ₹55 crore, is earmarked for investment in its subsidiaries: Richfeel Real Estate Private Limited, Dhyan Projects Private Limited, and Tryksha Real Estate Private Limited.
Subsidiary Investments: These funds will be used to part-finance the development and construction costs of ongoing projects, namely Amalfi, The Arcadian, and Varun, respectively.
